These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, landing pages, free resources, email communications, and paid membership services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About KC Success Hub

 

KC Success Hub provides educational copywriting and marketing resources, including free downloadable materials, email newsletters, and a recurring membership offering educational lessons, practical exercises, and related content for business owners, freelancers, consultants, and coaches.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

By using KC Success Hub, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

 

3. Membership Subscription

 

Paid memberships are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe.

Your membership includes access to educational email lessons and any membership benefits described at the time of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before your next billing date.

If a free trial is offered, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial expires.

 

 

4. Pricing

 

Membership pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

KC Success Hub reserves the right to change pricing for future subscriptions. Existing subscribers will be notified of any applicable pricing changes before they take effect where required.

 

 

5. Payments

 

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

 

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to your subscription.

 

KC Success Hub does not store your payment card information.

 

If a payment cannot be processed, access to membership services may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

 

 

6. Free Trial

 

If your membership includes a free trial:

  • No payment is due during the trial period.

  • Your payment method may be collected when you register.

  • Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

 

You are responsible for canceling your membership before the end of the trial if you do not wish to continue.

 

 

7. Cancellation

 

You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or any other cancellation method provided by KC Success Hub.

 

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund charges that have already been processed unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

 

After cancellation, your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

 

 

8. Refund Policy

 

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed.

 

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All lessons, emails, guides, workbooks, exercises, templates, graphics, videos, and other content provided by KC Success Hub are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

 

Your purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning and business development.

 

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute our materials.

  • Sell, sublicense, or republish our content.

  • Share paid membership content with others.

  • Remove copyright notices or branding.

  • Use our content to create competing products or services.

We do not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, or sales results.

 

Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, and business decisions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to KC Success Hub during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
